Dinah Bookshelf was originally designed in 1970 by Shiro Kuramata for the Italian goods brand Cappellini. This is the updated version that started production in 2012 and is a relaunch of the original belonging to the well-known "Progetti Compiuti" collection. The bookcase consists of eighteen white lacquered wooden doors that can be opened from both sides of the frame. The frame is made of metal and painted with matte black epoxy powder. Dinah Bookshelf is now part of MoMa's New York collection and comes in a series that is numbered but not limited.
