Superellips is one of Scandinavia's most famous tables, designed in a collaboration between Bruno Mathsson and Piet Hein. Pictured here is Superellips as a coffee table, where you can choose between a height of 42, 52 and 63 centimeters. This allows it to be used in combination with both low and high sofas. The height can also be combined with table tops in a wide range of dimensions, which is unusual for coffee tables. This makes it easy to find the right model of Bruno Mathssons Superellips, whether it is to be placed with many pieces of lounge furniture in a public setting or next to the high sofa in the living room.
The options for the Superellips coffee table do not stop at the dimensions either and can be purchased with a table top in either white laminate, oak, ash, birch, or beech. With the huge range of sizes and finishes, there is therefore rarely a need to adjust the surrounding décor when placing the table. However, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the very largest table of 260x130 centimeters comes with five legs instead of four to offer maximum stability for the sturdy table top.
