Minomushi is a pendant lamp in the IN-EI series that Issey Miyake and Reality Lab designed for Artemide in 2012. Minomushi is made of PET, methacrylate, steel and polycarbonate. The pendant lamp measures 240 cm and via the structure of the recycled material together with its treated surface, it is fully developed without frames, so it can also be folded smoothly if you so wish. The construction has been created with special 3D techniques that have made light and shadows harmoniously switch between each other. Minomushi is also available as a floor lamp.

ISSEY MIYAKE is from the beginning a collaboration between Issey Miyake and Reality Lab who designed an innovative way to produce clothes where the result is that they can be folded very flat and from a single piece of fabric assume 3D shapes. Together with Artemide's expertise in lighting, they created the collaboration IN-EI ISSEY MIYAKE, which has its intersection point in creativity and mathematics.
