British designer Margaret Howell has given the Type 75 desk lamp an exclusive feel by putting her own stamp on the lamp. The Saxon Blue Edition has, along with the Seagrass Edition, been added to the collection which complements the Yellow Ochre and Sienna desk lamp from the collaboration between Anglepoise and Margaret Howells. The Type 75 was designed by Sir Kenneth Grange in 2004 for Anglepoise and has a classic and timeless design language. The lamp comes with a matt powder coated finish in a lovely shade of blue and has an aluminum body, aluminum coated cast iron base and chrome details.
The desk lamp's flexible and adjustable arm means that the lamp fits into more types of environments. For example, place in a window as extra lighting, or on the bedside table as reading light. The lamp comes with a light source with a burning time of 15,000 hours.
