Philippe Starck was inspired to design the Citrus Press during a trip to the Italian seaside. He sketched the first ideas on a napkin during a visit to a restaurant. The Citrus Press is considered one of the most iconic works of both Alessi and Philippe Starck. Juicy Salif is functional, as well as decorative and stylish.
