The Stockholm Chair by Tallum, designed by Gunnar Asplund, has a galvanized steel base constructed from tubes, flat steel bars and round pressure turned feet. The backrest and seat are made of solid European oak ribs, treated with linseed oil, and attached to the steel base with aluminum rivets. The feet can be fitted with plastic caps to protect sensitive floors.
