Museum shelf is a shelf that is part of the Museum series designed by architecture studio TAF for the brand String Furniture. String furniture and TAF were commissioned to design a console shelf for the opening of the newly renovated National Museum in Stockholm. Museum shelf is made of cast aluminum which is powder coated in three different colours, beige, white and metallic grey. This variant has a metallic gray color. The inspiration behind the shelf comes from creating a versatile console shelf that can hold the National Museum's collection of busts or a glass of water next to the bed. Thanks to the versatility of the shelf, it can be used as both a side table or a shelf to place a work of art on.

Super nice shelf! I'm really happy with the quality and looks. I'm using it as a bedside shelf in the main bedroom. Highly recommend, it can be used in many different ways. ????
