Claude Armchair is a handmade armchair in solid wood from Japanese Ritzwell, designed by Shinsaku Miyamoto. It is the result of superb craftsmanship, combining straight and round shapes, with hand-carved elements and details that give it its unique character.
The Claude Armchair and its clear connection to Japanese design gives a sense of security and tranquillity when sitting in it. Miyamoto has taken the old tradition of carving, handling textiles and clay to a new levelå. The Claude Armchair is available in a wide range of fabrics and leathers and in six different finishes in solid walnut or oak. It is also available as a dining chair, Claude Chair, and as a footstool, Claude Easy Chair, in the same range.
