Lumiere Nuances Grande is a new edition of the classic lamp originally designed in 1991 by designer Rodolfo Dordoni for Foscarini. Ever since the lamp was designed for Italian Foscarini, it has been a modern classic. Here, the lamp has been presented in three new colors where the shade and base are color-coordinated to create a monochrome lamp. The lamp is made of hand-blown glass with an aluminum base. The three new colors are: Sahara, a warm shade reminiscent of desert sand; Cipria a charming pink tone; and Creta, a sophisticated gray-green color. Lumiere Nuances is also available in a smaller size at Nordiska Galleriet.
Lumiere Nuances Grande has an LED lightbulb, which means a significant reduction in energy consumption compared to traditional lamps. The lamp also has a dimmer function.
