Pedrera Coffee table is an elegant table from the Danish brand Gubi. The coffee table was designed in 1955 by Barba Corsini and belongs to the Pedrera series which consists of furniture and lamps designed by Corsini. The table was newly launched in the 1990s in a collaboration with Joaquim Ruiz Millet. The coffee table consists of a glass table top in a stylish shape and a base with a decorative design language that comes in lacquered steel. The table is also available with a brass base.
Barba Corsini designed the Pedrera coffee table in connection with his renovation of the famous La Pedrera building by the architect Antoni Gaudí in Barcelona during the 1950s. The inspiration for the base of the coffee table comes from La Pedrera's unique arch and the creative design language. The modern coffee table fits in a living room and is a stylish piece of furniture in a home.
