Tolomeo from Artemide is a simple and timeless lamp series. The first desk lamp was already designed in 1987 by Michele De Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina. The Tolomeo Micro Pinza clamp fixture was designed in 2010. The lamp can be chosen in several different colors and all are made of aluminum and steel. Tolomeo Micro Pinza is slightly smaller in size than Tolomeo's classic clamp fixture. The lamp can be easily attached to the edge of the table or the bookshelf with the flexible clip. The lamp comes without a light source and has an E14 socket. The luminaire is also available in a model with LED in our range, Tolomeo Micro LED Pinza .
What made Tolomeo so popular is the flexibility where the entire lamp body can be easily adjusted with one hand to direct the light exactly where it is desired. In 1989, Tolomeo's designers received the Compasso d'Oro.
