With determination, he cycled around the neighbouring villages to show how these innovative machines could make traditional Italian recipes easier and quicker to prepare. His creations soon became increasingly popular, leading to the opening of the first Marcato factory in Campodarsego in 1938. Since then, the factory has expanded several times, but it's still where every component in their range is made with meticulous attention to detail. Italian cuisine available to everyone

In 1962, the first order for pasta machines came from abroad. This first shipment of machines to Philadelphia was the start of an international business that has since spread to more than 80 countries.
