Architect and industrial designer Vico Magistretti designed the modernist 675 Marlunga in 1973. The chair has a plastic base and is upholstered with polyurethane foam and polyester wadding. It allows you to choose between a variety of fabric and leather edges. The charming seat embraces the concept of comfort with an adjustable neck and armrest function.
Magistretti was a driving force in Italian design from the 1960s onwards. He collaborated with several major brands, including Artemide, Cassina and Fritz Hansen. His work can be seen in museums such as MoMA in New York. In 1979, Magistretti won the prestigious Compasso d'Oro for the design classic Maralunga.
