Chess Table is a decorative table designed by the Swedish design trio Front for Moooi in 2009. Front, consisting of Sofia Lagerkvist, Charlotte von der Lancken and Anna Lindgren, have become particularly known for their innovative and exciting creations, including the Chess Table. The table is made up of a steel frame with solid wood legs and a table top in MDF. The surface is high-gloss lacquered and the entire table is checkered in black and white, which not only makes it an eye-catching piece of furniture, but also suitable for a game of chess. Chess Table fits perfectly in all spaces of the modern home.
