The Lucenera 506 floor lamp from the Lucenera series by Catellani Smith. The series was created by Enzo Catellani in 2000 and within Lucenera there are variants ranging from floor to ceiling. The Lucenera 506 was developed by Catellani to create a simple lamp that focused on the light and at what it is directed. What Catellani did was to create a carbon fiber tube through which the light passes before being diffused into the room. The floor lamp measures 140 cm in height and can be used as a reading lamp or to illuminate a detail in the room or on the wall. Lucenera is available in black carbon fiber or white techno fiber.
