Gridlock Sconce 193 is a wall lamp that is part of a series of raw and abstract lamps in brass, which are inspired by modernist architecture. The series is designed to give an industrial impression in its simple style and with its elegant grid. Each lamp has been assembled by hand from thousands of small brass details.
The designer behind the product is Philippe Malouin. Born in Canada, Malouin began working for designer Tom Dixon. His other works include tables, rugs, chairs, lamps and other art objects. Recently, Malouin won the Hotel W Designer of the Future Award and Wallpaper.
