Nuée is a pendant light designed in 2019 by Marc Sadler for the Italian brand Foscarini. The lamp is made by overlapping a three-dimensional, technical fabric. This creates a theatrical presence. The thread contributes a light and dark inlay that intersect in an atmospheric way. The Nuée lamp contrasts between order and spontaneity whose physiognomy cannot be grasped, but which can clearly be seen. The lamp has two illuminations, one directing the light downwards, and the other released inside the "cloud", creating a warm, soft, and welcoming light. Nuée comes in two sizes.
