At first glance, BM0865 is a very simply designed daybed by Børge Mogensen. Upon closer inspection, however, one understands why Carl Hansen & Søn has chosen to put this classic from 1958 back into production. The daybed can be combined with two different types of pillows and can also be used together with several daybeds to form a unique modular sofa, entirely according to one's preferences.
The robust base creates a beautifully floating effect above the floor, but thanks to the choice of materials, it also has a very stable feel. On top of this rests a generous cushion filled with soft cold foam. The cushion can only be upholstered with fabric, but with several qualities and a range of colors for each to choose from, it is easy to order a personal variant of the daybed BM0865. The pillows, sold separately, are available in the same designs. The base is always made of solid oiled oak.
