Wo-Tum-Bu is a floor lamp designed by Dagmar Mombach in 1998 for the German brand Ingo Maurer. The lamp is made by hand in a detailed process, and the materials used are paper, metal, stainless steel, plastic, fiberglass, and concrete. The paper shade is produced in Japan and has a slightly creased surface, making each Wo-Tum-Bu unique. The base on which the shade stands is made of concrete and together with the beautiful paper, the shape, and light of the lamp create a calm and harmonious atmosphere in the room. Wo-Tum-Bu comes in two different sizes.
Wo-Tum-Bu evokes a lot of the lamps Samurai, Poul Poul, or Gaku which all have structure on the paper shade. Combine them together.
Please note that the height 120 cm comes with built-in LED while the one of 190 cm is suitable for halogen light source (not included).
