Slant is a table lamp resulting from a collaboration between the HAY brand and Branch. Branch is a design team consisting of Japanese Tsunao Nagasaki, as well as academics and students from Tama Art University's Department of Integrated Design, where he himself used to teach. Inspired by the power of shapes and how they affect their surroundings, Slant Lamp has a bold graphic esthetic. The design consists of a simple, slanted cylindrical shape with a curved base to keep the angle perfectly balanced with all components hidden inside to maintain purity and to create simple silhouette. Slant's sculptural design and functional, directional light make it suitable for a variety of interior settings.
Slant is available in three different colors; Soft Black, White, and Khaki Green.
