Edo Grill plate is designed by Patricia Urquiola for Alessi and is part of the Edo collection for the Alessi brand. The grill pan is made of cast iron and has an oblong design ideal for grilling large pieces of meat, chicken, fish or vegetables. Its raised grooves on the cooking surface help prevent food from sticking, making cooking easier. The robust handles also make the pan easy to handle and move, even though it is made of cast iron.
