Wooden Doll Dog is a wooden sculpture designed by the designer Alexander Girard in 1952 and produced by Vitra. The figure is made of hand-painted pine and represents a standing dog in the colors black and white, except for the tongue, which is pink. The dog is a nice decoration detail in any home. The figure works just as well on its own as in combination with each other. Girard originally designed a large number of different wooden sculptures, none the same, for his home in Santa Fe. The inspiration came from Girard's large personal collection of ethnic art.
