The NOHrD SwingTower Hand-Weight Set is designed by NOHrD in cooperation with WaterRower. It is an exclusive stand with hand weights made of solid wood and leather. The weights are a modern equivalent of kettlebells but can also be used as regular dumbbells. Thanks to iron balls as filling, they contribute to a more balanced weight as well as a smoother movement of both muscles and joints. Eight weights with weights of 2, 4, 6 and 8 kg are included. The wood comes from renewable forests in Germany and the USA and is harvested in a sustainable way.
