Steel Speaker is a limited, exclusive speaker from Transparent Sound. The speaker is a collaboration with blacksmith Jonas Majors, who has his forge in Mörkö, south of Stockholm. Majors has crafted this substantial steel speaker that weighs a whopping 20 kg. The aged steel is cut to the correct geometry before being welded, polished and blackened. The aim was to manifest the power that Transparent Sound's speakers offer just by their mere presence. With the Steel Speaker, they wanted to create a sculptural speaker that enhances a modern interior, rather than disrupting it. Just like the speakers in Transparents Sound's regular range, this speaker offers a powerful, yet balanced sound with practical technical features such as Bluetooth connectivity. This speaker is proof that it is possible to fuse good craftsmanship with modern technology.

The Steel Speaker is part of the Upcrafted collection from Transparent Sound. The speaker is only available in ten numbered copies.
