Sticks is a beautiful pendant from Schånbuch designed by Michael Schwebius. The stand consists of six wooden bars made of solid wood that lean against each other. At the top, there is a shelf on each of the wooden rods to provide extra hanging space. Sticks come in walnut, oak and as finished ash in Night Blue, Black and Snow White. Without coats and jackets, Sticks looks like a work of art, making it fit like a grand piece of furniture in a room while doing its job as a statement piece perfectly. Its sleek shape fits in both the hallway, the bedroom or in more public environments like restaurants. Sticks is now a long-time favourite of Schütz, who keeps the style alive.
Michael Schweibus started his professional career in 1987 after studying interior design and working as a carpenter. His designs are based on ingenuity, aesthetics and functionality, which is evident in Sticks, where practical elements are mixed with exciting shapes.
