Scanpan was founded in 1956 in Aarhus, Denmark. The brand has a long history of experience in the cookware market and today Scanpan has a wide range of pots, pans and saucepans of the highest quality. For decades the company has been producing cookware of high quality and durability. The premium products are designed to fit into any kitchen or interior design home. All products are produced in Scanpan's own factory in Ryomgård on Djursland in Denmark, and their popular non-stick products have become known all over the world.

The products are made from a hand-cast mould of liquid aluminium that is die-cast at 250 tonnes and heated to 20,000 degrees. The ceramic titanium coating with non-stick technology ensures that food does not stick to the pan and is easy to clean. All Scanpan aluminium products are made from recycled aluminium, which is both sustainable and reduces environmental impact. Each pan is made by eight different craftsmen and every detail of the production process is checked. Scanpan's products are designed to be a reliable kitchen utensil that will last for a long time.
