Solid Wool Rug Ash Gray is a wool rug launched in 2020 by Nordiska Galleriet Rugs. The rug is produced in collaboration with a family-owned company in India that has extensive experience in manufacturing rugs. Solid Wool Rug Ash Gray is made of 100% wool and on the back it is provided with a backing of 100% cotton. Backing is a type of treatment that stabilizes the carpet's dimensions and extends the life of the hand-tufted carpet. This treatment also contributes to the fact that the carpet cannot be used on floors with underfloor heating as the cotton edges underneath are attached with latex glue which can melt and discolour at too high a temperature.

The series has a range of several different colours. Solid Wool Rug Ash Gray comes in this version in a gray shade and the rugs are available in standard sizes of 200 x 300 cm and 300 x 400 cm. In addition to a number of wool rugs in various sizes and colors, Nordiska Galleriet Rugs has also produced high-quality rya rugs. Each rug from Nordiska Galleriet Rugs has a handwritten label.
