The 19 Outdoors Ottoman, designed by Butterfield Brothers for NINE, is part of the modern outdoor collection 19 Outdoors. The series is inspired by the brothers' charity project 19 Chairs. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the design duo created 19 chairs in 19 days, a project that developed in their garden in South London. After manufacturing, the furniture was sent to 19 artists and designers who were tasked with adapting the design for older people. The results of their work were then displayed at an exhibition in London and sold during a charity auction with all proceeds going to Age UK. This stool is designed to seamlessly integrate into a variety of outdoor environments, from small balconies to larger restaurant terraces. The pallet is made of powder-coated aluminium.
