AK 1020 is a unique chest of drawers that Hans Sandgren Jakobsen designed for the Danish brand Naver Collection. The bureau consists of a frame in oiled walnut with ten drawers in soaped maple. AK 1020 is also called Turning Boxes as the ten boxes can be individually turned 360 degrees. This means that the user can completely shape their chest of drawers and adapt to the room and interior.
The combination of the American dark walnut and the Danish light maple creates a unique contrast with the help of the tree's structure, which gives Turning Boxes an exclusive expression.
