Hope is a floor lamp designed by Francisco Gomez Paz and Paolo Rizzatto in 2010 for Italian Luceplan. The series with the same name, Hope, is a collection of lamps characterized by thin embossed sheets of polycarbonate that create exciting effects. Hope represents traditional craftsmanship with a sophisticated design and innovative materials. When the lamps from the Hope series are lit, they emit a beautiful shimmer.
The Hope lamp has blades that consist of thin polycarbonate lenses that are created through micro-prisms on polycarbonate film. This is to achieve the impression that the components look like glass. This innovative technology creates a light that is sparkling and festive. The Hope series also includes ceiling pendants and wall lamps.
