The Bertoia Diamond Chair from Knoll was designed by Harry Bertoia in 1952. The chair is part of Bertoia's popular collection of sculpted steel furniture. The seat is created from welded, bent steel beams and rests on a base with steel beams. The Bertoia Diamond Chair is available for both indoor and outdoor use.
Bertoia was mostly known as a sculptor and designed only one furniture collection. Although he did not work primarily as an interior designer, his pieces were highly regarded and are sold around the world today.
