Kelly Wearstler 1967 

Kelly Wearstler was born in 1967 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. When she and her sister were young, they would often accompany their mother to second-hand shops, auctions, and flea markets, which developed Wearstler's early interest in fashion and design. This interest led her to the Massachusetts College of Art, where she graduated in interior design. After moving to Los Angeles in the 1990s, she founded her own design firm and quickly made a name for herself with her innovative and spectacular interiors.

Wearstler's style is often described as maximalist, where she skillfully combines different eras, patterns, and materials to create dynamic and visually striking environments. One of her most famous projects is the renovation of Viceroy Miami, where she created a glamorous and colorful atmosphere that has become synonymous with her brand. Wearstler's collaboration with Serax 

Kelly Wearstler has also collaborated with several prominent companies to expand her creative expression. Together with the Belgian design brand Serax, she has contributed her unique aesthetic to a collection of exclusive household items. The porcelain series Dune is a tasteful homage to ancient Greek pottery and includes bowls, knives, glasses, and cake plates. In the series, Wearstler has highlighted the sculptural forms of the porcelain by mixing both matte and glossy surfaces, creating a beautiful and balanced design.
