1965 isa ceiling lamp designed by Paavo Tynell in 1947. Like many of his most famous works, the lamp was designed for the Finland House in New York - one of the most ambitious and successful projects to showcase Finnish design. Through his exceptional ability to create and convey elegance and exuberance in his furniture creations, Tynell created the lamp in 1965.
The lamp is characterized by its triangular and perforated pattern, an artistic detail used by Tynell in several of his works. Showcasing Tynell's beautiful craftsmanship, the frosted glass softens the light and adds a subtle sense of calm to your home. A dimmer is not included but can be connected if a receiver is installed.
