The Havana pendant light was created by Jozeph Forakis for Foscarini. The oval shape of the shade together with the name of the lamp immediately recalls Cuban cigars, which also gave Havana its name. The base is made of lacquered metal, while the lamp shade is made of polyethylene with a satin finish in four different parts.

The Havana series has become incredibly popular for its cigar-like shape and is even featured in the permanent design exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
