Primitive Weave 1 was designed by Chiara Andreatti for the Italian manufacturer cc-tapis, which is renowned for its high-quality carpets. The carpet comes with the dimensions 230 x 300 cm and is made entirely by hand from Himalayan wool.
The collection is inspired by Moroccan carpets that have captured the geometric esthetic of the 20th century. Carpets as unique as they are beautiful are made from Nepalese weave and different woods combined with knotting techniques to create rugs rich in texture. The collection also includes Primitive Weave 3, which can be found at Nordiska Galleriet.
