Stchu-Moon 01 is a floor lamp from Italian Catellani Smith, designed in 1997 by the brand's founder Enzo Catellani. The lamp is shaped as a hemisphere in aluminum which is then coated with silver, gold, or copper leaves on the inside and lacquered in a matte black color on the outside. The small blades give the inside an uneven texture, allowing the light to bounce around the lamp with the help of the mounted spoons on the edge of the lamp where the lightbulb is located.
Stchu-Moon 01 is available in two different sizes and can be placed in the bedroom or on the floor of the living room. A recurring theme in Catellani's work is that the lightbulbs are works of art in themselves, making the lamp a striking detail in the home.
