Omer Arbel is the founder of Canadian lighting company Bocci and the designer behind the 84.3 Floor lamp. The lamp has a cylindrical frame in brass or metal with a black rubberized finish. The base is round, and the cord is fitted with a stylish brass dimmer. Three glass domes are placed on the base. A complex manufacturing process creates the domes, which have an inner layer of white glass and an outer layer of clear glass. An interesting detail is the copper placed between the glasses. Sometimes the netting folds or creases, making each glass dome unique. The 84.3 Floor comes in two different finishes and in two different heights. If you want a similar floor lamp but with more lightbulbs, there is also the 84.6 Floor version, which is equipped with six LED lightbulbs, but only three.
