Papilio Shell is a chair designed by designer Naoto Fukasawa for Italian B&B Italia in 2015. Papilio means butterfly in Italian, and it is precisely the shape of a butterfly's wings that is behind the inspiration for the soft shape of the shell. The chair is both comfortable and beautiful to look at, choose from several different color combinations between shell and legs. The chair fits just as well in the dining room as in the office. It is a successor to the popular armchair of the same name and is produced in several different designs, such as dining table chair or desk chair.
