Mattias Stenberg shares his personal inspiration for the Horizon series : "I was inspired by my grandfather who sat and looked at the same horizon all his life. When I was younger I thought it must be boring, but now I have my own horizon that gives me peace and joy. Many of us have an ocean, a lake or a meadow where we can meditate and watch the seasons change." Each rug in the series is a tribute to this sense of stillness and contemplation, making them more than just decorative objects, but works of art that carry a deeper meaning.
