Thumbsucker is a perfume with a sweet floral scent from the brand Stora Skuggan. It has top notes of honey and narcissus and middle notes of violet and cherry. The base notes of the perfume are Himalayan cedar, bitter almond, styrax balsam and stearin. The product is handmade in Stockholm.
The inspiration for Thumbsucker comes from Hindu mythology. More specifically, a story about the ancient king Yuvanaswa who became pregnant. The story is one of many theories as to why children suck their thumbs, this one perhaps the most extravagant of them all.
