The Italian Antonio Facco designed the Mondo Pendant Lamp for Oblure in 2018. The name Mondo alludes to the pendant lamp's earthy shape. Around the opal glass globe are movable, matte black steel screens that allow the user to interact with the lamp and change its appearance. The movable screens also enable the user to control the light and create lighting effects depending on how the screens and their patterns overlap. The Mondo Pendant Lamp is a timeless lamp that offers the opportunity to renew itself through the user's creativity.
