The Tembo Lounge Chair is a unique piece of furniture from New Works. Designed in 2011 by Danish design duo Noergaard Kechayas, the chair is characterized by its enclosed back rest that evokes the image of an elephant. The Tembo Lounge Chair is made of a frame and a seat upholstered with cold foam. The upholstery on the seat is by Kvadrat and comes in a number of selected textiles. The legs are in a light wood and create a nice contrast to the legs, which are covered in textile.
With a focus on functionality, the Tembo Lounge Chair can be used both in the home in a sofa group or in a reading corner, while also fitting perfectly into a home office or public setting.
