Maui Soft Chair was introduced in 2013 as a refinement of the Maui Chair from in 1996 and was created by Vico Magistretti for Kartell. This model of Maui comes with a padded and upholstered seat with a choice of fabrics for the upholstery.

The key feature of the Maui Chair is the unique shape of the back and seat, which gives the chair great character. The base consists of a solid four-legged structure with a chrome finish. The Maui Chair is also available in a variety of finishes, with or without armrests and with or without a clear shell.
