Élémentaire is a chair designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec for the Danish brand HAY. The chair is made of polypropylene and fiberglass and is available in Anthracite, Blue Gray, Cream White, Light Yellow, Olive, and Smokey Green. Élémentaire results from years of work and experience, using the latest technology to create a chair sturdy enough to last, while exuding a delicate vibe. The aim was to create a piece of furniture that has a balance between physicality and esthetics. The clear profile and precise proportions make Élémentaire a charming chair that looks good on its own or in a group. The chair meets daily needs and fits into everyday life, in a well-balanced combination of strength and beauty.

British Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec are based in Paris and have been working together since 1998. Together they have made a mark on the design industry, creating new perspectives on function and materials.
