Dish Drainer Rack is a dish rack designed by Shane Schneck for the Danish brand HAY. In addition to the Dish Drainer Rack, the Dish Drainer series also consists of the Dish Drainer Cup and the Dish Drainer Tray in two colors. All of these parts are sold separately but are meant to be used together. The series is recognizable by its useful patterns and contrasting colors, shapes and materials that make everyday kitchen items visually interesting. Dish Drainer Rack consists of sheet steel.
American designer Shane Schneck is based in Sweden where he founded his design studio in Stockholm in 2010. Schneck is international in his outlook and attitude as he has also previously lived and worked in Milan with the Piero Lissoni studio. His work has received international recognition and won several awards such as the iF, Red Dot and Wallpaper Design Awards. Simple but innovative products that challenge industry standards are what characterize Shane Schneck's approach to design.
