Illusion is a series of tables designed by French designer Jean-Marie Massaud and handcrafted in Glas Italia's own workshop in Macherio, Italy. The tables have the shape of a parallelepiped with mirrored glass covering the table top. The sides of the table have a degraded shading with pure mirror glass at the top of the base and transparent glass at the bottom. The tables are made of 6 mm extra-light glass that is assembled at a 45-degree angle.
It is important to keep in mind that the unique silver finish is very resistant to moisture, which can oxidize the mirror and result in cracks and rings over time.
