Biny Spot is a spotlight designed by Jacques Biny and now back in production by DCW éditions. This piece allows you to direct and focus the light towards a specific area. It is made of aluminum and steel. The Biny Spot consists of an original ball joint that allows for a rotation of 330 degrees and an inclination of 88 degrees. Choose between a base in black or nickel and a lamp shade in black, nickel, or brass. Additionally, you can get it with or without a switch and with or without a stick for easy adjustment of the lamp's light direction.

The Biny lighting collection was originally produced in Jacques Biny's own workshop, Luminalite, which he opened in 1955. It produced modern lighting with an emphasis on functionality. The lamps can be described as simple, restrained, and attractive. Jacques Biny's quest to improve lighting in the home was well received and his lamps became popular in both Europe and America. With this background, DCW éditions was happy to bring the Biny Spot and the other lamps in the series back into production.
