Completedworks

Completedworks is a brand that documents the beauty and complexity of everyday life through the making of jewelry and ceramics. Founder Anna Jewsbury is the designer and art director of the brand, which currently works with a large and flexible team from its London-based studio. The journey started when Anna Jewsbury began experimenting with jewelry as a way of exploring philosophical reduction after she graduated with a degree in philosophy and mathematics from Oxford University. In 2013, she started Completedworks with her brother Mark Jewsbury, creating works to represent society, political movements, historical perspectives, and different cultural traditions. Today, the company has grown from a small jewelry shop in London to having dealers all over the world.

Completedworks’ vases, plates, and jewellery— many of which are the result of fruitful collaborations—take their inspiration from raw materials found in the natural worlds. Evolution and erosion are some of the strong influences on the irregular and beautiful shapes. Each work is a unique interpretation of organic forms, focusing on the use of high-quality materials and purist elements.

The brand has been featured in Vogue, Wallpaper, and Interview Magazine, and many fashion icons have been seen wearing their products. The brand was also selected to be part of the British Fashion Council’s high-profile Rock Vault Initiative, which celebrates and promotes the UK’s most innovative creators.
