OW58 T-Chair in Oak is a dining chair created by Ole Wanscher for the Danish brand Carl Hansen Søn. The updated edition of the chair pays homage to Wanscher's original design from 1958, where the only change made is to give the chair extra height for optimal ergonomics. The deep respect for craftsmanship, materials, and function is expressed in the OW58 T-Chair, consisting of solid oak that can be selected in several finishes. The seat is filled with cold foam and upholstered in leather. The chair is also available in walnut. The OW58 T-Chair has a distinctive T-shaped backrest, which has given the chair its nickname. The beautiful joinery with both classic and modern lines gives the chair a light and elegant look.
