Water kettle 9091 FM, Stainless steel is a water kettle designed by Richars Sapper in 1983 for Italian Alessi. The kettle is made of stainless steel and has a high gloss polished finish. The mouth is made of brass and the handle is made of black plastic. When the water boils and the steam rises, a short and pleasant melody is heard. Sapper's idea was to avoid the loud whistling sound that is the typical signal for most kettles. The 9091 is also available in a model suitable for induction hearing.
